Mid-Level Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Mid-Level Data Analyst will manage data requests related to patient contact operations, utilizing Excel and PowerBI to extract and transform data from Genesys while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve configuration-related issues and discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate and document requirements into detailed program designs for leadership review
• Manage small projects, tracking progress and communicating risks and status updates

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in data analysis and contact center operations
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX or similar contact center technology
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI or similar data analysis tools
