Mid-Level Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Claims Control Physical Damage team, the full-time Mid-Level Data Analyst will develop and maintain reports, perform analyses, and monitor trends remotely to enhance accuracy and consistency in physical damage claim handling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and analyses to support the Calibrations and Total Loss and Salvage agendas
• Monitor trends and respond to ad hoc requests to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to provide analytical assistance for operational decision-making

Required qualifications

• A minimum of four years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with one year of experience
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL
• Familiarity with large data concepts and practices
• Intermediate computer skills, including advanced spreadsheet functionality
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
