Mid-Level Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform, the full-time remote Mid-Level Data Engineer will manage data pipelines, ensure data processing and transfer, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models for federal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Complete development efforts across data pipelines to store, manage, and provision data to consumers
• Partner with data scientists and federal stakeholders to deploy models in production
• Support continuous process automation for data ingestion and advocate for lean-agile engineering principles

Required qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
• 7+ years of IT experience with modern cloud data warehouse technologies
• Experience with designing table models and ingesting data into Redshift
• Proficiency in developing ETL processes and manipulating data using Python, R, SQL, or SAS
• Strong knowledge of big data analysis tools and experience within the AWS ecosystem
