Mid-Level Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support a leading international client, the full-time Mid-Level Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions while collaborating remotely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, including ETL/ELT workflows
- Write efficient SQL queries and develop reusable Python code for data transformations
- Monitor data pipelines for quality and performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Required qualifications
- 4-5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer with production-grade data pipelines
- Strong experience with SQL, including optimization and performance trade-offs
- Proficiency in Python for data transformations and modular software design
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, specifically GCP and BigQuery
- Knowledge of data security and governance practices, including access control and PII handling
