Mid-Level Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Designer to lead and execute digital-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts
• Create designs aligned with client business goals and audience needs
• Collaborate with other designers and provide feedback during presentations

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or similar discipline
• 3-5 years of digital design experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Webflow experience is a plus
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS preferred but not required
• Solid understanding of designing intuitive and responsive user experiences
