Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Mid-Level Donors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors to increase revenue and retention, aiming for at least 30% active engagement
• Execute donor communication strategies via mail, phone, and email, ensuring alignment with organizational processes
• Record all donor interactions accurately in the database and collaborate with various teams to enhance donor experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with mid-level donors or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fundraising databases, particularly Raiser's Edge, is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work independently in a multi-tasking environment
• Commitment to professional development in mid-level donor engagement and stewardship
