Mid-level Financial Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Mid-level Financial Controller with Netsuite experience will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and partner with leadership to enhance financial processes, with the option for on-site, hybrid, or remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 8-10+ years of accounting experience, including management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems
• Experience in telecom, hardware technology, networking, or manufacturing industries preferred
