Mid-Level FOIA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level FOIA (Privacy) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze FOIA requests to determine scope, required actions, and complexity
• Conduct thorough searches for responsive records and validate search results
• Review records for relevance and apply FOIA exemptions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required, with additional FOIA experience potentially substituting for the degree
• Two years of FOIA processing experience within the last 36 months
• Solid understanding of FOIA regulations and procedural requirements
• Experience with redaction tools and document management systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or other required clearance
