Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level GIS Analyst/Help Desk Support contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide help desk support and GIS analysis assistance to the GIS Unit
  • Communicate directly with customers, gather information related to complaints, and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Document issues in ServiceNow and assign tickets to other GIS Unit teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 24-36 months of relevant experience in GIS analysis and help desk support
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and familiarity with ArcGIS Online
  • Experience with customer service and technical assistance
  • Knowledge of linear referencing solutions
  • Ability to document and manage support tickets effectively
