Mid-Level Giving Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Officer, Mid-level Giving & Prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors to ensure retention and upgrades through personalized outreach
• Identify and qualify prospective major donors, developing tailored outreach plans
• Conduct research to prioritize new prospective donors and maintain accurate donor engagement records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations
• Knowledge of prospect research tools and donor engagement strategies
• Proficiency with fundraising databases and CRM systems
• Experience in the nonprofit social justice sector is highly desirable
