Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Producing high-quality visual materials, the full-time Mid-Level Graphic Designer will create multimedia assets for digital platforms and e-learning courses while collaborating with Instructional Designers and Project Managers in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual materials, animations, and multimedia assets for e-learning and instructional materials
• Collaborate with instructional design teams to visualize learning concepts and enhance learner engagement
• Utilize industry-standard design tools and emerging AI technologies to maintain branding consistency and technical accuracy

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent design portfolio/work experience
• 2+ years of professional graphic design and visual multimedia development experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Envato Elements
• Experience leveraging AI technologies for graphic design and animation generation
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding alignment, layout, and color theory
