Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Grid Interconnection Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare new generator interconnection applications and develop related models
Review ISO feasibility and system impact studies to guide clients
Perform independent power system studies to support generator interconnection planning

Required Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems Analysis
3+ years of power systems engineering experience
Knowledge of power regions and ISOs/RTOs such as PJM, MISO, and ERCOT
Experience with modeling inverter-based resources and renewable generation
Familiarity with transmission planning software like PSS/E and PSLF
