Job Summary
To support a growing consultancy in the financial services sector, the full-time Mid-Level Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end technology implementations, project planning, and governance while collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver value on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end front-/middle-/back-office implementations, including requirements gathering, workflow design, and training documentation
- Own project planning and management, ensuring successful implementation through detailed statements of work and task plans
- Aid in project governance by tracking tasks and budgets, and maintaining proactive communication with clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementations or project management with a focus on front office technology
- Understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain and investment products
- Experience in at least two Front-/Middle-/Back Office focus areas such as Portfolio Management, Trading, or Operations
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL and understanding of data governance and quality management
- Openness to travel depending on client preferences
