Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and develop training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
Create course design documents and ensure materials are 508 compliant
Engage in course design, implementation, and evaluation based on feedback

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
Familiarity with Federal Government acquisition processes is desired
PMP Certification is desired
