Mid-Level Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and development of training courses and identify training requirements
• Create course design documents and materials for various technical and soft skills courses
• Ensure all materials are 508 compliant and support course design, implementation, and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with Federal Government's acquisition processes is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
