Mid-Level Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and developing training courses, identifying training requirements and outcomes
• Create course design documents and materials, ensuring 508 compliance and preparing for IACET audits
• Evaluate course effectiveness through feedback and revise materials to maintain relevancy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with Federal Government acquisition processes and procedures is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
