Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and develop training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
Create course design documents and materials, ensuring 508 compliance
Evaluate course effectiveness and revise materials based on feedback

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes is desired
PMP Certification is desired
