Mid-Level Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis and development of training courses, including identifying requirements and outcomes
• Create course design documents and materials, ensuring compliance with 508 standards
• Engage in the implementation and revision of training courses based on feedback and evaluation methods

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes is preferred
• PMP Certification is desired
