Mid-Level Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing and developing training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
• Create course design documents and support the design of course materials and evaluation methods
• Engage in the implementation and revision of training courses, incorporating feedback and ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with Federal Government acquisition processes is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
