Mid-Level Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the analysis and development of training courses and identify training requirements
• Create course design documents and coordinate the development of all course materials
• Evaluate team and student feedback to ensure course objectives are met and materials remain relevant

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes and procedures is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
