Mid-Level Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis and development of training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
• Create course design documents and materials for various training courses, ensuring 508 compliance
• Engage in course design and development using methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM, and evaluate course effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes and procedures is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
