Mid-Level Interior Designer

Job Summary

Leading and supporting the design and execution of commercial projects, the full-time remote Mid-Level Interior Designer will manage programming, space planning, and the development of design concepts while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programming efforts, space planning, and the selection of materials and furnishings
• Utilize industry-standard software to create design documentation and detailed construction documents
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams while maintaining client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
• 5-6 years of commercial interior design experience in relevant project types
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of space planning and construction documentation
• NCIDQ certification preferred or in progress; LEED AP or WELL accreditation is a plus
