Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Engineer Mid Level.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily configuration and operation of mainframe, mini, or client/server-based systems
Optimize system operation and resource utilization
Assist users in accessing and using business systems

Required Qualifications

Education: Associate degree
Experience: 1 year
Training and/or certification in ITIL, CompTIA, Vendor-Specific (Unix, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.), IEEE, or similar areas
Ability to perform additions and changes to network hardware and operating systems
Knowledge of hardware and software installation and maintenance in a PC/LAN/WAN environment
