Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level IT Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all service requests and provide level 2 technical support to users
  • Document user requests, troubleshooting steps, and assist with resolutions
  • Install and configure desktop hardware, peripherals, and software packages as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 36 months experience managing support requests on a level 2 help desk
  • 36 months experience resolving hardware and software issues, specifically with Windows 11
  • 36 months experience with O365 and Outlook installation and support in an enterprise environment
  • 36 months experience using Lansweeper, Remote Desktop, and Active Directory
  • 36 months experience utilizing VMware vSphere for supporting virtual desktops
