Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Legal Counsel to manage legal and compliance aspects related to its business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents
• Conduct research and analysis of legislation across various jurisdictions
• Manage gaming license applications, renewals, and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law
• Fluent English
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in the gambling industry
• Practical experience in obtaining and maintaining gaming licenses
• Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
