Mid-Level Mechanical Designer

Job Summary

Mid-Level Mechanical Designer, a full-time remote position requiring at least 5 years of mechanical design experience, focuses on HVAC and plumbing designs for advanced facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform mechanical design assignments with technical guidance
• Create HVAC and plumbing designs for construction and gather existing conditions on project sites
• Coordinate work activities with other design and engineering professionals

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related technical discipline is highly preferred
• At least 5 years of practical mechanical design experience, including HVAC load and plumbing calculations
• Proficient working knowledge of Revit software
• General working knowledge of mechanical and plumbing codes
• Understanding of clash detection, clash resolution, and building system coordination
