Mid-Level PIVOT Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic government-focused technology environment, the contract Mid-Level PIVOT Engineer will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PIVOT systems and related infrastructure while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support PIVOT platform components and associated systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, availability, and functionality
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and customer stakeholders to meet mission requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems, platform engineering, or systems administration
• Experience with troubleshooting complex technical environments
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Experience working with virtualization, cloud, networking, or enterprise applications
