Mid-Level Program Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the VA Office of Clinical Informatics initiatives, the full-time Mid-Level Program Analyst will manage program analysis, data evaluation, and stakeholder coordination to enhance clinical workflows and health IT usability.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis and evaluation of VA health informatics program operations and project performance
• Develop and maintain action trackers, status reports, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to capture decisions, risks, and follow-up actions for continuous process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in program analysis or health informatics
• Relevant clinical informatics experience within a VA healthcare setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
