Job Summary

Focusing on measuring the effectiveness of informatics programs, the full-time Mid-Level Program Analyst will provide analytical support, evaluate business processes, and assist with readiness assessments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes using source data
  • Collect, analyze, and report metrics for weekly and monthly reports
  • Prepare data packages to support the Informatics Surge Readiness Index
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program analysis, preferably in clinical informatics or VA healthcare
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
