Mid-Level Program Analyst

Job Summary

Providing mid-level analytical support, the full-time Program Analyst will measure the effectiveness of informatics programs and business processes while using both qualitative and quantitative skills to analyze data and present recommendations for improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes using source data
• Collect, analyze, and report metrics for weekly and monthly reporting
• Prepare data packages to support the Informatics Surge Readiness Index

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program analysis, preferably in clinical informatics or VA healthcare
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
