Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a marketing analytics platform focusing on scalability and performance
• Own backend features end-to-end, from technical design to production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile development processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python backend development
• Strong experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and common design patterns
• Experience working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
