  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for government contracts
  • Supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts for government contract positions, focusing on cleared personnel
  • Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs and tracking recruitment metrics

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruiting or sales experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition/sourcing for government contracting
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and familiarity with HR databases
  • Bachelor's degree desired
