Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
Implement business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
Support enhancements and bug fixes across ITSM, HRSD, and SPM/ITBM modules

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer
Hands-on experience with HRSD and its integrations
Knowledge of SPM/ITBM modules including Demand, Idea, Resource, and Portfolio Management
Exposure to Virtual Agent and NowAssist for automation and AI-driven support
