Mid-Level Software Tester
Job Summary
To support a large-scale modernization project on the ServiceNow platform, the full-time Mid-Level Software Tester will develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring quality and performance of features while collaborating with developers and analysts in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, including functional, integration, and performance testing
- Identify and prioritize test scenarios based on business impact and risk, logging and tracking defects in Jira
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify issues, troubleshoot, and verify fixes while contributing to process improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of related testing work experience, including ServiceNow testing experience
- Experience with Jira, test case design, test planning, and defect management
- Familiarity with Scrum and SAFe agile frameworks
- Must be clearable for DoD Public Trust or higher
