Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day administration of UNIX/Linux server infrastructure, the full-time Mid-Level UNIX/Linux System Engineer will ensure operational stability, perform server maintenance, and execute patching and hardening activities while collaborating with senior engineers and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer UNIX/Linux servers to ensure availability, performance, and operational stability
- Perform regular patching and hardening of systems to maintain security compliance
- Assist with troubleshooting and restoration of UNIX/Linux server incidents and service issues
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UNIX/Linux system administration
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification or equivalent
