Mid-Level Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Workday HCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to assess current configurations and identify areas for improvement
• Provide hands-on configuration support across core Workday HCM modules
• Assist in optimizing workflows, business processes, and user experience within Workday

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience in a consulting or internal systems role
• Strong configuration experience across multiple HCM modules
• Ability to assess current-state setups and provide practical, scalable solutions
• Experience working in post-production environments, supporting optimization and enhancement
• Comfortable working independently and advising non-technical stakeholders
