Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who will drive growth by deepening relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth within the existing customer base in the Mid Market segment through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, expansion signals, and areas of risk
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive account growth
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships, ideally within SaaS
  • Strong track record of identifying and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Experience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with the dynamic nature of sales
  • Desirable experience selling project management or productivity software
