Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive- Expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth within the existing customer base in the Mid Market segment through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption while analyzing customer usage data for trends and expansion signals
  • Deliver presentations and product demos, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships, ideally within SaaS
  • Strong track record of identifying and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and adaptable to the dynamic nature of sales
  • Experience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
  • Desirable experience selling project management or productivity software
