Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive- Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth within the existing customer base in the Mid Market segment through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption while analyzing customer usage data for trends and expansion signals
- Deliver presentations and product demos, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships, ideally within SaaS
- Strong track record of identifying and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Highly organized, process-driven, and adaptable to the dynamic nature of sales
- Experience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
- Desirable experience selling project management or productivity software
