Job Summary
Mid-Market Account Executive, responsible for driving expansion and renewal sales for mid-market customers in a full-time role focused on account management and customer relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth plans for mid-market accounts, identifying stakeholders and opportunities
- Manage expansion through cross-sell and upsell initiatives while maintaining a structured renewal process
- Collaborate with Service Managers and Solutions Architects to enhance customer experience and ensure effective commercial responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management, commercial sales, or B2B solution selling
- Experience managing renewals, upsells, or expansions in mid-market or SMB segments
- Professional experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is required
- Prior experience in managed services, telecom, SaaS, or technology preferred
