Job Summary

Mid-Market Account Executive, responsible for driving expansion and renewal sales for mid-market customers in a full-time role focused on account management and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth plans for mid-market accounts, identifying stakeholders and opportunities
  • Manage expansion through cross-sell and upsell initiatives while maintaining a structured renewal process
  • Collaborate with Service Managers and Solutions Architects to enhance customer experience and ensure effective commercial responses
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management, commercial sales, or B2B solution selling
  • Experience managing renewals, upsells, or expansions in mid-market or SMB segments
  • Professional experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is required
  • Prior experience in managed services, telecom, SaaS, or technology preferred
