Job Summary

Driving sales for a strong market position, the full-time remote Mid-Market Account Executive will manage client relationships, conduct sales activities, and articulate product value propositions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting, discovery calls, and presentations to develop opportunities within SMB and mid-market accounts
  • Articulate the product value proposition and tailor ROI messages to align with customer use cases
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts while managing a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS selling environment, preferably in APM, Monitoring, or Log Management
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospect to close, particularly with engineering teams at small to medium-sized accounts
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to scope valuable POCs for customers
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective territory plans and generate self-sourced opportunities
  • Preferred experience with MEDDPIC/CoM methodologies
