Job Summary
Driving renewals and revenue growth, the full-time Mid-Market Account Executive will manage a defined portfolio of mid-market customers remotely, focusing on achieving retention and upsell targets while collaborating with Customer Success on customer health and expansion opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own renewal and expansion outcomes for a defined portfolio, achieving quarterly and annual growth targets
- Identify opportunities for product expansions and lead commercial discussions with customers
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and negotiations
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in SaaS Account Management or Renewal Sales with a proven track record
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience in mid-market segments
- Consultative, data-driven approach to articulating value to senior leaders
- Highly organized with strong forecasting discipline and collaboration skills
- Experience in HR Tech or Talent Solutions is a plus
