Job Summary
Seeking a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive, the full-time remote role will manage the complete sales cycle for new logo opportunities within the Mid-Market segment, engaging with HR teams and C-level leadership to introduce and promote Betterworks' Performance and Talent Intelligence software suite.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new logo opportunities within the Mid-Market segment
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships with mid-market prospects across various organizational levels and departments
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with business development and marketing teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of successful SaaS sales experience selling complex business applications
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving new logo acquisition
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive buyers
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
