Job Summary
Seeking a high-energy, results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to own net new revenue generation in the 250-1000 employee segment, this full-time remote position will focus on proactively hunting new business, partnering with Sales Development Managers to drive outreach, and leading prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Own 600+ target accounts, engaging with Director+ level buyers and driving 90% outbound new business
- Run 4+ strategic meetings per day, leading full-cycle sales including discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation, and procurement
- Utilize a data-driven approach for identifying high-value target accounts and maintaining pipeline hygiene
Required qualifications
- 4+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive focused on outbound new business
- Proven top performer with a track record of hitting/exceeding quota for at least 3 consecutive quarters
- Strong hunter mentality, generating 80%+ of pipeline through outbound efforts
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies such as Sandler, MEDDPIC, or Command of the Message
- Experience selling to C-level executives and revenue teams
