Job Summary
Identifying and closing good-fit prospects, the full-time remote Mid-Market Account Executive will leverage consultative selling skills to manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads while collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Position the value of HubSpot's software and guide medium-sized businesses through the buyer's journey
- Manage relationships with potential buyers by dissecting and qualifying their business goals
- Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies and close business with new and existing customers
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in prospecting and closing net new business
- Proven track record of cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
- Experience with multi-approach out-bounding methods to generate new business
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while effectively communicating with internal teams
