Job Summary

Identifying and closing good-fit prospects, the full-time remote Mid-Market Account Executive will manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads while collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and support clients' growth through HubSpot's software solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to demonstrate the value of HubSpot's software
  • Prospect and develop relationships with medium-sized businesses to identify their needs and qualify them as potential clients
  • Close new business with both new and existing customers, achieving or exceeding sales quotas
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven success in prospecting and closing net new business
  • Experience in cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize multi-approach out-bounding methods for generating new business
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
