Job Summary

Identifying and closing good-fit prospects, the full-time remote Mid-Market Account Executive will manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads while partnering with internal stakeholders to drive sales and support HubSpot's mission.

Key responsibilities
  • Position the value of HubSpot's software and educate prospects through the buyer's journey
  • Manage relationships with potential buyers and close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies and develop pipeline opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills with a hunter mentality
  • Experience in cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
  • Ability to utilize multi-approach out-bounding methods to generate new business
  • Proven track record as a top producer in current or previous roles
