Job Summary
Identifying and closing good-fit prospects, the full-time remote Mid-Market Account Executive will leverage consultative selling skills to manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads while collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Position the value of HubSpot's software and educate prospects through the buyer's journey
- Manage a pipeline of leads to develop relationships and close business with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies and enhance product offerings
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in prospecting and closing new business
- Proven ability to cross-sell and up-sell to current customers
- Experience using multi-approach out-bounding methods to generate new business
- Demonstrated success as a top producer in previous sales roles
