Job Summary
As a Growth Specialist (Mid-Market Account Executive) on the sales team, the full-time remote position will identify, source, and close prospects while managing a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Position the value of the software and the Inbound methodology to medium-sized businesses
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to demonstrate how the software can enhance their business
- Close business with new and existing customers while collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience
- Strong prospecting and closing skills with a hunter mentality
- Experience in cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
- Ability to utilize multi-approach out-bounding methods to generate new business
- Proven track record as a top producer in previous sales roles
