Job Summary
Identifying and closing good-fit prospects, the full-time Mid-Market Account Executive will manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads while partnering with internal teams to drive sales and educate medium-sized businesses on HubSpot's software and inbound methodology in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Position the value of HubSpot's software to medium-sized businesses and guide prospects through the buyer's journey
- Manage and develop relationships with potential buyers by qualifying their business goals and needs
- Close business with new and existing customers while collaborating with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategies
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience
- Strong prospecting and closing skills with a hunter mentality
- Experience in cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
- Ability to utilize multi-approach outbound methods to generate new business
- Demonstrated success as a top producer in previous sales roles
