Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Mid-Market Account Executive will close mid-market deals, build out the sales motion for the company's journey to Series B, and manage a full-cycle sales process primarily through outbound sourcing in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Close mid-market deals with the potential to flex into enterprise sales, handling ACVs from $50K to multiple six figures
- Develop and implement the mid-market sales strategy to drive growth towards Series B funding
- Source the majority of the sales pipeline while managing the full sales cycle
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle closing experience, including at least 2 years in mid-market or enterprise sales with $50K+ ACV
- Proven ability to source deals independently and create effective sales playbooks
- Experience working in a Series A or B startup environment with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire to sell a product that aligns with personal and professional experiences
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and quarterly offsite events
